FAQ

Do I have to order prints through you?

Yes, all prints must be ordered from our private gallery that you will receive upon completion of services. You can purchase a print release at an additional cost that will allow you to use third party print services

How do the payment plans work?

Our payment plans are in 4 installments, with each payment representing 25% of the total cost. The first payment is a non refundable deposit to book your reservation. All other payments will be divided up over an equal timeline, with the final payment including the TN sales tax of 9.25%.

Can I cancel my session?

You may cancel your session with a full refund, minus your 25% deposit, up to 2 weeks prior to our scheduled session. If an emergency comes up for any reason, we will reschedule our session to the next available convenient date for both of us.

Is my deposit refundable? Why Not?

Your initial deposit of 25% is not refundable under any circumstances. The reason for this policy is because potential clients may be passed up due to holding your reserved date and time. We can work with you to reschedule your session if you need to cancel, or you can use that deposit towards a future photo session.

Can I extend the session on the day of?

I'm pretty laid back when it comes to my session time, I am more concerned with getting the shots that I want, than going over on our time. I don't have a problem shooting a few extra minutes at no additional charge, if my schedule allows it. If you want an extended amount of extra time (30 min.+) than reach out to me ASAP to make sure that I can accommodate your request.

What kind of gear do you use?

I use a vast array of top of the line professional photography gear, from all types of different cameras, to multiple lenses and lighting options. I have 5 different cameras, each serving its own purpose. I am a die hard Nikon user and all of my cameras are Nikons, from film, to DSLR, to new mirrorless technology. Contact me about a traditional 35mm film session, I still love to use classic film techniques as well!
